40 YEARS

and counting...

Since 1985, we’ve been honored to establish partnerships and true friendships with so many different landowners. We’ve helped  individuals and families realize their dream of protecting their properties, and ensuring their land is safe from development in perpetuity. Every piece of land has a story, whether as a working farm, a natural habitat for native species and wildlife, or a beautiful scenic area with views that simply can’t be experienced anywhere else. These lands weave a tapestry of topography, of history, and of stories.

During our 40th anniversary, we’ll share a small sample of 40 stories about the lands we now steward. We look forward to many more years ahead, and continuing to preserve and protect the rural character of our area – one piece of land at a time.
