Conservation Values: Protects scenic beauty of a ridgeline located in a rapidly growing suburb of Chattanooga, TN. The CA will protect stream banks and water quality for Hurricane Creek a tributary of the TN River flowing nearly a mile through the property. Contains a variety of mixed hardwoods and pine trees including 9 species of Oak and alluvial forests. There are natural habitats for many species: red fox, black bear, bob cat, white tailed deer, redtailed hawk, house wren, black capped chickadee, bluejay, vulture, kinglet, bluebird, yellow shafter flicjker and other woodpeckers, American Crow.
