Conservation Values: Provides water quality protection for rivers, streams, ponds, and wetlands including several miles of river frontage on the Oconee River, a primary tributary of the Altmaha River. 90% timber and 10% open land for food plots and natural cover. Contains various natural habitats: open fields, pine forests, Bottom Land Hardwoods, Cypress-Gum Swamps, wetlands, creeks, river bluff residential area, habitat for wildlife and potential habitat for rare or listed species.
