Conservation Values: Adjoins other CEs in the area, contains forests of mature, mixed hardwoods, diverse plant habitats, a wildlife habitat for small mammal species, small song birds and neotropical migratory birds; the conservation area rises sharply in elevation to a ridgeline providing a prominent view of the surrounding area; protects land near a rapidly expanding metropolitan area.
