Conservation Values: CA located within the NC Coastal plain. Contains ditches and edges of creeks and the Caw Caw and Little Caw Caw Creeks -- native species in the landscaping are: wax myrtle, red maple, yaupon, live oaks, red bud, flowering dogwood, holly, and cabbage palmetto (total of 63 plants); animal species: eastern fox squirrel, beavers, otters, mallards, and a number of other water fowl, flcikers and mockingbirds. Contains scenic views and open space vistas that can be seens from public rights of way including US 17 which is a major coastal traffic artery. [golf course].
