Conservation Values: Diverse vegetative community including several oak species, walnut, dogwood, hickory, and beech provides mast for desirable wildlife species. Blue ash (listed as Critically Endangered on IUCN) noted on property in limestone-glade area. 15 species of birds + deer, squirrel, chipmunk. Two intermittent streams drain property directly to Station Camp Creek, assessed by TDEC as being signifcant for recreational boating & an excellent fishery. Gallatin considered bedroom community for Nashville.
