Conservation Values: The property is within TNC freshwater priority conservation area known as Sequatchie River/TN River above Guntersville. The propertys streams are recognized by the SWAP as low to medium priority upstream of critical aquatic habitats. The Golden Eagle has been recorded on the property twice so far in 2018. Property presents public with scenic views from Cumberland Escarpment and rock bluffs. TN Hway 111 which abuts the property as it ascends the plateau is recommended for its scenery.
