Conservation Values: Visibility from public roadways including I-75, Pond Creek Road, and Harris Road. A small perennial stream traverses the property. The HUC8 Ft. Loudon Lake/Watts Bar Lake of the property is a Critical Watershed for Freshwater Species. The pasture habitats are vitally important in maintaining bird populations. Two of the bird species observed on the property are Common Birds in Steep Decline, designated by PIF. Prime Agricultural Soils.
