Conservation Values: Diverse habitats including wetlands, alluvial forests, river, boulder forest, pine-hardwood forest, fields, and bluff. Protects 5 priority habitats per GA DNR: beaver ponds, bottomland forest, oak-hickory pine forest, rivers, and springs. Provides habitat for rare species like crayfish, salamanders, snakes, owl, and plants. Has 1/3 mile frontage along the high priority Broad River water trail. Joins a connected conservation area totaling 334 acres.
