Conservation Values: Visibility from Berkley Road and from the Broad River. Protects fishing in the area of the property on the Broad River. Property is in close proximity to Watson Mill Bridge State Park, Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge, and Broad River WMA. High Priority habitats in the GA SWAP. The Broad River is a priority water in the GA SWAP and a priority freshwater conservation area. Multiple habitat types, water resources and contiguous forested areas for resident and migratory species.
