Supports Elbert County Comprehensive Plan goals. Exposed granite outcrops. Proximity to Elbert Co, Hart Co, and Broad River WMAs, Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge, Watson Mill Bridge State Park. Relief from development pressure seen in Clarke County and Athens.
