Conservation Values: Adjacent to the Chattahoochee National Forest. Contains signficant natural and diverse hardwood and pine Forest Land. Protects a portion of Darnell Creek, a primary trout stream regulated by the US Army Corp of Engineers and associated watershed areas. Protects naturally forested scenic views, visible to the public from Kelly's Creek Road.
