Conservation Values: Property is within a critical watershed for freshwater species--Upper Tennessee. 1.5 miles of lake frontage along Watt's Bar Reservoir and shoreline margins provide habitat for osprey, great blue heron, and bald eagle. Property contains a rare plant, big tooth aspen (Populus grandidentata).
