Conservation Values: The property is located about an hour north of Atlanta, a prime area for future development. The Chestatee River borders the property and is a major trib. of the Chattahoochee River. A bald eagle was recorded on the property, as well as a number of bird species considered important by the PIF program. property contains high priority habitats such as oak-hickory-pine forest, rock outcrops, springs and spring runs, streams, canebrakes, and medium to large rivers.
