Protects section of Rocky Comfort Creek in the Upper Ogeechee River Watershed which provides drinking water for 394,000. Bottomland Hardwood Forests, Beech-Magnolia Slope Forests and Alluvial Swamps designated as important habitats. Rocky Comfort Creek Watershed is SWAP high priority watershed.
