High priority habitats in the Piedmont Ecoregion including Bottomland Hardwood Forests, Canebrakes, Granite Outcrops, Medium to Large Rivers, Mesic Hardwood Forest, and Oak-Hickory-Pine Forest. Property is located within the TNC Broad River Priority Conservation Area. Important ag soils.
