Potential for rare Sandbar Shiner, trillium; known bald eagle & barn owl occurrences. Protects water quality in 3 tributaries, creeks, springs, Little Cedar Creek. Identified by SALCC as Priority Area. Adjoins over 1,000 acres protected lands.
