Conservation Values: Property is mainly open space, forest land as defined in the Open Space Act. Visibility from and proximity to public roadways. Cumberland Platea is on NRDC list of top 12 most endangered natural areas in Western Hemisphere. Streams, creeks, and waterways cross property and flow into Collins River a listed State Scenic River, a TDEC Known Exceptional Tennessee Waters and Outstanding National Resource Waters. Mill Creek is TDEC regionally significant.
