Conservation Values: The CA has panoramic views of the Pisgah Forest and mature mixed hardwoods. Diverse habitats include rhododendron, mountain laurel, and herb understories. It protects water quality and wildlife like black bears, bobcats, gray foxes, squirrels, wild turkeys, grouse, owls, hawks, songbirds, warblers, finches, crossbills, frogs, and reptiles.
