Conservation Values: Contains creeks, wetlands, springs, pond, and 1/4 mile of Flint River frontage within the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint basin. Habitats include hardwood forests, oak-hickory pine forests, bottomland forests, alluvial forest, pine plantations, fields, and flat rock community. Opportunity for many rare species - plants like aster, seedbox, magnolia, salamanders, turtles, woodpecker and warbler. Important birds like cuckoo, bluebird, kingfisher, titmouse, flicker, and towhee observed.
