Conservation Values: Contains frontage on Twin Pine Lake, springs and small wetland areas which reduces erosion and filters runoff water. Contains 132 species of trees and other plants. and a wide variety of animals: mammals, amphibians, migratory birds, predatory birds, songbirds, and waterfowl. Will protect a the natural beauty of Twin Pine Lake in a contiguous portion of the lake's forested shoreline.
