Conservation Values: Located in French Broad River Watershed. Visibility along Holston Hills Road and Riverside Drive, and from the Tennessee River. Visibility from Holston River Park. Preservation of agricultural lands. The Holston River is considered by TDEC to be of regional significance and to have natural and scenic qualities. Watershed is medim to high priority aquatic habitat for GCN.
