Conservation Values: Provides water quality protetions for creek drainage and wetlands; protects lands associated with rare species (eastern fox squirrel and red-cockaded woodpecker, spicebush, sweet pitcherplant, pyramid magnolia, piedmont water milfoil, and nestronia); uncommon endemic wild rosemary is present; protects some recreational outdoor activities; scenic enjoyment from I-20; the conservation area includes green space for wildlife, open fields and pine forests.
