Approximately 90% timber or planted timber and 10% open land - contains pine forests and hardwood forests. There are habitats for rare species which creates the potential for the occurences of: Lean Crayfish, Broad River Burrowing Crayfish, Carolina Trefoil, Sweet Pinesap, Oglethorpe Oak, Dwarf Sumac, and Woodland Bulrush.
