Conservation Values: Provides water quality protection for two creeks and wetlands, habitat for rare species on the conservation area: bog spicebush, sweet pitcherplant, pyramid magnolia, nestronia, the eastern fox squirrel, and the the endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers. Provides protection for some recreation activities, protects hunting/forest land and open space.
