Conservation Values: The easement protects natural habitat adjacent to GSMNP and Foothills WMA, and scenic quality along Montvale Road. The property is adjacent to Look Rock campground/picnic area and provides a buffer to these and other feautres of the GSMNP. Protects slope forests viewshed from Foothills Parkway and other areas.
