Conservation Values: The CA will buffer land enhancing an easement that preserves scenic beauty of a ridgeline located in a rapidly growing suburb of Chattanooga, TN, aid in preserving stream bank for the Hurricane Creek which flows into the TN River, consists of rolling terrain within the floodplain of Hurricane Creek.
