Conservation Values: Property is a low impact farmstead. Protects water quality of two creeks. Preserves pleasing agricultural viewshed. High quality wildlife habitat along floodplain of creek and steep wooded bluff. 2000' of water frontage along Bull Run Creek. Small natural box at the base of the bluff. Yellow water buttercup, butternut, and Appalachian bugbane which are threatened in TN were located on property.
