Conservation Values: Property is less than 150 feet from Chickamauga Lake. Prime agricultural soils compose 50% of the property. Nine species of birds including Field Sparrow & Sandhill crane, both considered priority birds by AMJV. The easement protects forested bottomlands, rocky outcrop forests, and agrarian lowland. 56% of property abuts Gillespie Bend WMA. Protection of mineral deposits and scenic viewshed.
