Proximity to other conservation easements and Garland Mountain Horse and Hiking Trail, BAR Flint Preserve, and a number of WMAs. Salacoa Creek and its watershed a high priority in the SWAP. Salacoa Creek recognized by NRCS as important. Limestone Valley has strong Clean Water Act Section 319. Protects habitats listed as important for Blue Ridge Ecoregion in SWAP. Cuckoo, praire warbler.
