Conservation Values: Visibility from Berkley Road and the Broad River. High priority habitats in the Piedmont Ecoregion including Bottomland Hardwood Forest, Mesic Hardwood Forest, Granite Outcrops, Streams, Canebrakes, and Medium to Large Rivers. The Broad River is a priority water for the GA SWAP and protection of the property will maintain water quality. Contains Soils of Statewide Importance.
