Conservation Values: Protects NC Coastal Plains, aquatic habitat includes ditches and the edges of creeks and ponds and the Little Caw Caw Creek; native species includes the wax myrtle, red maple, live oaks, yaupon, red bud, flowering dogwood, and cabbage palmetto, Eastern Fox Squirrel, beavers, mallards, other water fowl, mockingbirds, and has scenic views from US 17.
