Conservation Values: Property is visible from Hwy 321, a state scenic Highway, the Foothills Parkway, and the GSMNP. The woodland supports a wide variety of plants and animals, including several species of neotropical songbirds that are threatened by breeding habitat fragmentation. the area is also used by black bears during poor mast years.
