Conservation Values: Protects water quality for tributary creeks just outside of the property which forms the headwaters for the Little Sandy Mush Creek which flows into the Sandy Mush Creek (which has been classified as Class C Waters); Protects the natural habitat for over 127 species of native plants, contains hardwood forests, provides drinking water and habitat for animals.
