Conservation Values: Provides water quality protection for a creek, several springs, and wetlands, includes numerous rare species on the conservation area: bog spicebush, sweet pitcherplant, pyramid Magnolia, nestronia, the eastern fox squirrel, and the the endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers; Provides protection for some recreation activities, protects hunting/forest land and open space.
