Conservation Values: The property is located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mtns. Includes terrestrial and wildlife habitat resources including appx 170 acres of Forest Land with stands of cove hardwoods and mixed pine-hardwood forest, riparian habitat, field edges, pastures and ponds, which collectively support diverse habitat and wildlife, including game animals such as deer, turkey, squirrel, and black bear.
