Conservation Values: Property is in the vicinity of Great Smoky Mountain National Park in a rapidly developing area. Waters that fall on or flow from the mountains around the Property form Norton Creek which bisects the Property. The pH of the stream is uniquely neutral providing exceptional trout habitat. The creek supports a unique and "extremely rare" species of firefly (Photinus carolinus).
