Conservation Values: Water quality protection for wetlands and tributaries with 103 acres of wetlands on the CA. Conservation area adjoins approximately 13,000 acres of nearby protected land that includes: BF Grant Memorial Foresta and the Oconee National Forest and UGA's Rock 4 H Center. Contains 90% timber and 10% open land for food plots. Supports a variety of habitats: hardwoods, wetlands, creeks and small forest bluff community.
